The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research (OIER) is to support the overall mission of the university by providing institutional data, analytical support, and guidance for continuous improvement and compliance. This support includes fostering an internal culture of improvement and educating stakeholders campus-wide on best practices of assessment and data management.
